After the untimely and traumatic return of ”One Sith”, the attack on Arkania, and the Republic and Jedi Remnant operation to save the Empress, Republic dignitaries swiftly enacted a declaration of war, a unanimous vote within the Republic senate.

Earlier this morning after an inspiring speech by the Chief of State, Republic forces mobilized in mass from the core to one destination in mind, Imperial space. With the war nearing conclusion between Imperium and New Empire, and the fall of Bastion, it is likely the Empire will fall to the Sith Imperium in its entirety.

With that in mind, the Sith Imperium has mobilized into Republic space. Galactic Republic Intelligence Division or G.R.I.D confirmed the Imperium has annexed the systems of Narauan, Garq, Ord Biniir and Moltok and has now invaded Dantooine and Dubrillion. Dantooine only 75 percent evacuated at the time of the initial assault.

With the Jedi Order in ruins after the ”plague”, many question how the Republic will counteract Sith magic and brutality without the Force on their side.

The war council assured the Republic they’ll do everything in their power to countermeasure the Sith, while the Jedi pick up the pieces of their once glorious Order. To reaffirm that, the Republic have declared the Jedi Order a protectorate of the Republic, defending and aiding them at whatever monetary and physical cost until they are fully recovered; knowing well the advantages of their eventual presence in this particular war.

The Republic Chief of State Asujin Tirahimo delivered her declaration:

“Delegates of the Republic Senate,

As a student of history, we learn to learn from our past. Arguably, the past is just a lesson of the future. In this instance, we can learn from the darkness of our past; because there is darkness ahead. The threat of the Sith has returned.

Once again, they’ve killed to claim unjust rule over the people of this galaxy. Despite attempts of negotiations, they’ve resisted. So, we have no choice but to keep our promise.

The Republic is issuing a Declaration of War against the Sith Imperium. We are also announcing the Jedi Remnant as a protectorate as they rebuild, and an official alliance between the New Empire and Republic. We call for any other galactic factions to join our fight against the radical tyranny of these terrorists and their faction.”

Investigations on an Orveth mining colony on Edusa this morning resulted in the arrest of Republic Intelligence Agent Grath Harrick. Reports indicate that the situation came to a head earlier this cycle after Republic troops and a Jedi were misled into invading the mining colony, resulting in one casualty.

The colony’s owner, Loree Arak, and Republic forces Captain Derru Solari testified against Harrick, who will be put on trial later this month for bribery and fraudulent use of Republic resources. A warrant for larceny was also issued for elusive entrepreneur and accomplice Tylo Drimen, though so far no leads have been pursued.

The news has caused the price of Orveth to raise by an average of .23 credits per unit across Republic territories. Experts released a statement expressing concern that this event and others like it will result in a reduction in blaster canister production.

Several days ago the Republic met combat with the Imperium on Bastion in a final attempt to liberate the planet and save Empress Fel. In addition, the remnants of the Jedi Order fought in this battle. They failed to save the planet, and Bastion has now fallen under Imperium control. Countless Jedi, Imperial, and Republic lives were killed in the process. The Jedi Order receiving the worst damage. Their numbers few, and more divided than ever before.

Late yesterday night a shuttle littered with mutilation arrived on Coruscant. In this shuttle carried the physically expired daughter of the Emperor, Bellitria Fel, with her Imperial Knight captain.

After a speedy recovery, the young, militant, and strong Bellitria Fel addressed the Republic senate and Chief of State in hope of shedding light on the Empire’s fall and death of her father – with three Imperial Knights at her side.

”Delegates of the Republic, I am Bellitria Fel, daughter to the late Emperor Pertinax Fel. I am here today due to the effectual work of the Republic military, and the very tragic, sacrificial death of Jedi Knight Tergos Zemnos, and many others who I do not have the time to say.

In addition, I am here at the behest of my now deceased father to confer the reasons why the Empire fell.

With the blessing of my father shortly before his passing, I have been granted the definitive right to state the reason at the expense of tarnishing the Fel legacy. It can be described in two words: pride and stubbornness.

My father intended to expand his growing Empire by colonizing planets within unknown space. All seemed well for a year, then we lost contact with the expedition for some time until their mysterious return to Bastion. When we questioned the men and women who served in the expedition, they had barely any recollection at all. Most if not all who served were discharged and sent home for recuperation.

In the forgotten time spent in unknown space, we believe the organization One Sith infiltrated our once illustrious Empire and began tearing it apart from the inside. It began once these soldiers returned to their respective homes. One by one, systems seceded from the Empire with no declared reason in doing so. In fear of appearing weak to the Republic, my father ceased interaction between the Republic and Empire, snubbing you all at every turn to avoid public attention.

My father attempted to discreetly and quietly pleaded with the now neutral systems to return to the Empire.

Failing after failing, my father grew increasingly frustrated, making him reckless and careless. Rashly he ordered the immediate and militant seizure of the lost systems; only for the lost systems and some of his own to turn against him, lead by numerous Moffs and soldiers, the majority from the expedition sent to the unknown regions. They attempted a coup d’état, later revealed to be the workings of the supposed banished dark side organization, ‘One Sith’.

Even as the Sith closed in on Bastion, my father would not contact the Republic for help. After his death, I saw no other choice but to contact you for aid. It was through this you were able to countermeasure the Imperium before they turned to you and ultimately save the lives me and my men.

I have reason and evidence to support the Sith were behind this illness that once plagued the Republic. All information will be handed to the Republic shortly after my speech has ended.

To conclude, I’d like to apologize for my father’s actions and reaffirm the true Empire, lead by me, Empress Fel, stands at your side until the bitter end. I will do my best to help the war effort tactically with whatever men and women I have at my disposal.

And, to my people under Sith occupation, if you somehow hear this message, I pledge to you one day I will liberate you from the Sith and kill the Dark Lord mercilessly for what he’s done to you and the Republic!”

Many within the Republic question what the Empress’ involvement will mean for the war effort. With the troubling news of the Sith truly being behind the plague that killed countless of innocent lives and the destruction of the Jedi, the morale of every soldier to defeat the Sith Imperium has increased exponentially and we hope it will be a driving force until this war is over.

Ari Tolen, Jedi Master on the Circle of Healers, announced today Master Coren Ran has been named interm-Chief Healer of the Jedi Order. This decision came in light of news that the previous Chief Healer, Master Miran Alavai passed away after entering the recent conflict with the Imperium. The remaining Jedi Masters on the Circle of Healers voted in private to elevate Master Ran to the position of interm Chief Healer.

Master Ran had this to say about the appointment.

I would like to thank the other Masters for their vote of confidence to be the Chief Healer of the Jedi Order. It’s an honour to lead the Circle of Healers. But with new opportunities on the horizon, it’s time for me to begin the transition from teacher and mentor to retirement. Right now, my total focus is here with the Order and Circle of Healers, and I look forward to working with the High Council to continue strengthening our Healers and the MediCorps while ensuring a smooth transition to a new Chief Healer.

I look forward to working closely to build on the foundation Master Alavai left and further accelerate our momentum as we seek to strengthen our organization, and push the limits of what our Healers can be. My job will be to change the culture, and get it moving in the right direction and leave a strong base for the new Chief Healer.

Chief Republic Medical Officer Yrangi Despan of the Galactic Health Organization has released a report concluding promising results reflecting the demise of the recent epidemic which resulted in the death of millions in the core worlds; especially within the iconic Jedi Order.

The report details significantly less cases of infection, as well as recession in symptoms in those who were, prior to vaccination, marked as morbidly ill. The quarantine zone has since been lifted following the distribution, and the medical aide supported by AE-Technologies have played and are currently playing a significant component in the rehabilitation of the core worlds of the Republic.
