The icy planet of Ilum is home to one of the largest Jedi Temples and of course, the famous Crystal Caves which.
The Jedi Temple being one of the only inhabited places on the planet due to its inhospitable climate and terrain, is also one of the largest temples thanks to the seemingly unending systems and tunnels of Crystal caves making it a great location for young Padawan learners building their hilt.
Indeed, the Crystal Caves of Ilum are not only filled blue and green Adegan crystals, but also has a disorienting effect thanks to the high amounts of Force energy confined in the halls of the cave. Which creates a great test for young students who attempt to find their crystals.
