466.03 // Criminal Syndicate Leaders Removed as Tatooine Crime Wave Subsides

Local authorities announced today that the recent surge of criminal activity across Tatooine has stabilised, following a series of operations conducted by the Jedi Order and the Tatooine Security Bureau.

Officials confirmed that the leaders of three major syndicates–long identified as key drivers of the unrest–have been removed from power.

Soren Vex, the elusive head of the Bronze Ravagers, was killed after engaging security forces during an attempted arrest. Tiberius Mallow of the Twin‑Shadow Exchange was captured, along with Kus Vren‑Dor, a regional Black Sun lieutenant.

With their leadership dismantled, the three criminal factions that once formed an unprecedented coalition have reportedly fractured, leaving their enterprises unable to sustain the coordinated violence seen in recent months.

The Tatooine Security Bureau has praised joint efforts between local forces and members of Jedi Order, who assisted in intelligence gathering, field operations, and the neutralisation of high‑risk targets.

Captain Ralven Doss issued a statement acknowledging the Jedi’s role in restoring order:

The Jedi offered hope at a time when the situation was spiralling. Their support was instrumental in bringing these syndicates to heel and giving Tatooine a chance to breathe again.

While authorities caution that criminal elements remain active across the Outer Rim world, they expressed confidence that the removal of these key figures has halted the immediate threat.
