After securing the necessary votes, and a healthy majority in the senate, Ryn Malvero and his United Republic Coalition have claimed victory. We cross live to the senate chamber, where Chancellor-Elect Malvero is giving his victory speech:
People of the Republic … today, you have chosen strength over hesitation. A future built by the hands of those who refuse to bow to fear.
The United Republic coalition carried us to victory–not for me, but for the Republic we will forge together. A Republic that protects its borders, empowers its worlds, and refuses to be guided by the failed institutions of the past.
You have demanded a government that listens, that acts, and that stands unshaken against those that threaten our security. My government will usher in a new era. An era where people from countless worlds stand tall together, and where every world knows its power.
