I am Grand Master Coron Audax. This message is for all Jedi who seek to honor the Code and bring balance to the Force.

There is a stir across all Jedi Temples. One that would be… neglectful to ignore. There are several amongst the High Council who advised me not to speak on this. And while I respect their opinion, it must be done.

I concede, he does speak to some truths. The Galactic Republic is troubled, but it is not beyond saving. And the threat in the Thanium sector is very real. This war is a darkness that spreads through the Force like an infection, and it must be cut out. Nevertheless, how Jedi conduct themselves on the battlefield is what separates a Jedi from a malefactor. Let me state a fact. Kodur Okun conspired and murdered to acquire that Sith superweapon. “The ends do not justify the means”, even a Jedi Initiate knows this. Should he use it… the Force will scream in horror, leaving a wound like Malachor V and Alderaan. The Jedi Masters speak true. This war, like all that came before it, has the potential to corrupt and destroy us. I will not force any of you to join it. But if you are to enlist, do it the right way as many Jedi have done – unlike what that Dark Jedi claims.

To my brothers and sisters in the Force who decide to go… remember that you are Jedi. We do not seek adventure or glory. We fight with honor. We are noble. We are sound of mind, body, and spirit – in spite of the chaos. We are a beacon of light in the darkness, and the Living Force’s shepherds.
