Very little is known about the Chiss Ascendancy, owing to both their die-hard isolationism and their highly remote territory out in the Unknown Regions.
The Ascendancy sided with the Galactic Alliance in recent years during the “Rishi Crisis,” only to go into isolation again once the troubles had passed. Just a few short years following however they again came out of isolation in an invasion of the Northern Commonwealth territories alongside their newfound Mandalorian allies. With the close of the war and defeat of the Ascendancy/Mandalorians, the Chiss once again drew back into their territory, their people becoming a great rarity in the galaxy once more.
