Shaari was born into a nomadic Togruta clan that lived deep within the highlands of Shili, one of the less densely populated areas. It was known for its vivid grasslands, dense brushlands, and predatory beasts. Her people honored the ancient Togrutan traditions, practicing harmony with the wilderness, moving in groups for survival, and wearing the headdresses and bone markings passed down from fallen hunters and respected elders.

As a child, Shaari would often wander from the tribe’s main camp to climb trees, mimic the calls of birds, or find a place of pure silence to relax. Unlike others her age, she didn’t fear predators. She seemed to sense when a dangerous animal was near the colony. Her clan saw it as a sign of spiritual blessing.
While living with her clan in the highland wilderness of Shili, Shaari’s connection to the Force began to manifest more noticeably. She had profound dreams, strange sensations around others, and a growing ability to sense the presence of those nearby. Her instincts became sharper, and her emotional intuition more intense.

During a routine Jedi survey of the region, focused on monitoring Force-sensitive populations or investigating local disturbances. Shaari caught the attention of a visiting Knight. She was found sitting in silence within an open field while a variety of animals roamed nearby. The Knight could sense the presence of the Force within her. He followed her back to her clan, where he spoke with the elders about the potential of her becoming a Jedi. While the clan was initially hesitant about an outsider taking one of their own, they ultimately decided it was best to let Shaari explore her ‘spiritual gift’ with the Order.

Though Shaari was curious about the wider galaxy, the thought of leaving her clan filled her with fear. She had a strong bond with her family and people. Yet, pulled quietly toward something greater, she chose to follow the path laid before her.

She began her training at the Ossus Temple, where she struggled to adjust but showed a strong sensitivity to the Force and a natural connection to living things. Now transferred to the Jedi Temple on Duneeden, Shaari awaits the next stage of her journey, uncertain, but quietly determined.
